岗位职责：
1、负责以搜索引擎优化为主的网络营销、分析与服务工作；
2、熟悉SEO技术（网站架构、网页代码、各大搜索引擎工作原理），熟悉Baidu等搜索引擎的排名机制；
3、制定执行SEO推广计划，并对推广效果进行监控优化；
4、负责公司业务推广工作， 包括论坛、博客、联盟网络等。
5、项目协调与沟通，推动支撑团队以及客户执行和优化工作，对项目整体效果负责；
6、分析竞争对手产品，服务，并及时了解最新市场行情；

职位要求：
1、有1年以上SEO经验，从事过网站整体优化或Google/Baidu关键词优化（提供案例）；
2、思维广阔，能够对不同网站提出独特的优化建议，并能够编写可执行性文档；
3、对html、asp、php语言有相当的了解；
4、爱好SEO技术研究和网络营销相关知识的学习；
5、工作积极主动，认真细心踏实，良好的沟 通协调及项目管理能力；
6、有良好的文字语言表达能力和沟通能力。
7、会微信、微博运营推广。
