Duties/Responsibilities:工作职责
- Follow up allocation status of the departmental technical resource, and to ensure the existing technical resources, instrument and equipment are able to satisfy the accreditation requirements of the inspection items.
- 跟进部门技术资源配备情况，确保现行技术资源仪器设备能满足所申请认可检查项目的需要。
- Develop technical capacity for the department.
- 拓展部门技术能力。
- Allocate appropriate required technical resource to the department,
- 正确配备部门所需技术资源，并向技术总负责人汇报。
- Responsible for updating the standard and ensuring the latest and appropriate editions are used in the inspection item.
- 负责部门现开展检查项目所用标准为最新且适用。
- Appraise the feasibility of initiation of new project, and report to the technical in-charge.
- 对新开展项目可行性进行评估，并汇报给技术总负责人。Supervise inspectors to perform their duties properly and monitor their quality of work.
- 监督下属正确地执行职务并监控其工作的质量水平。
- Organize inspector to conduct inspection.
- 组织验货员进行检查。
- Conduct on-site training of inspectors.
- 对验货员进行现场培训。
- Conduct on-site assessment of inspectors.
- 对验货员进行现场考评。
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Inspection Manager
- 完成由验货经理指派的其他工作任务
Entry Requirements:基本要求
- Certificate holder
- 相关证书持有者
- University degree or equivalent.
- 大学毕业或等同资历
- At least 5 years QA/QC experience in the relevant field.
- 5年以上相关QA/QC经验
- Factory experience is preferred, but not essential;
- 最好有制造企业经验；
- Good communication skill;
- 良好的沟通技巧；
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese；
- 良好的英语，普通话和广东话；
- Willing to travel;
- 愿意出差；
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity;
- 强烈的责任感，诚实，正直；
- Independent personality。
- 独立自主。
