2.为客人提供饮食服务，用最快的速度，最好的质量满足客人的各 种需求。


3.及时清理属于自己服务区域和桌面， 保持区域卫生。


4.按领班的吩咐上菜、上饮品。


5.头脑灵活，反应敏捷，主动为客人服务，能在客人示意时就已经为客人提供了服务。


6.随时准备满足客人的服务需求，总是乐于助人，想方设法帮助客人





任职资格:


1.了解菜单、酒单的内容。


2.熟悉菜单，酒单英文，及相关业务英文。


3.知道为客人提供饮食服务的程序，善于进行实际操作。


4.能进行餐厅服务基本英语会话。


5.具有大方、礼貌、得体地为客人提供饮食服务的能力。


6.工作中坚持微笑待客，不受情绪影响
