Responsibilities

Work closely with sales and manage a team of FAE and AEs providing frontline RF system/software level technical support and drive teams towards and winning POs.

l Travel and/or organize and authorize onsite visits to customer(s) in line with business priorities in support of LitePoint products and solutions.

l Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to develop, deploy, and support PO winning LitePoint solutions.

l Analyze technical requirements, monitor industry trends, and share this knowledge with the rest of the sales team so PO winning strategies can be deployed.

l Be alert to competitive products and positioning and share this knowledge with the rest of the sales team so that competitive strategies can be deployed to win POs.

l Develop strong customer relationships at the manager and director levels, to gain further insight in to the direction and needs of the customer.

l Responsible for review inputs and 1-on-1 reviews for all direct reports and ensuring personal, group and business needs are all being addressed.

Listen to, represent and be the voice of their group and be a positive example and mentor for the group by defining and deploying winning processes.

Requirements: Skills and knowledge that are necessary for the performance of the job, i.e. Degree & area of study, computer skills, technical knowledge, required abilities, areas and number of years of related experience, etc.

l BSEE required, MSEE preferred

l 3-5 years test and measurement experience in the wireless telecom industry

l Applicants should have prior FAE/AE experience and/or enjoy working with people in a technical support role.

l Experience developing and using automated RF/Wireless test systems

l Experience working with automated test programs and scripts in C, C++, VB, Python and Perl.

l Familiar with RF/system level test equipment such VSAs, VSGs, SAs, SGs, O-scopes, Power Meters, Vector and Scalar NA, Wireless Communication testers, etc.

l Good troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving skills

l Effective presentation, written, and verbal skills

l This position involves frequent travel throughout Greater China

DESIRABLE

The knowledge of wireless protocols and measurement equipment control will be helpful for this position
