课程编辑职责
？ 保证XML的正确率，熟练掌握不同题型XML的template，并且可以灵活应用。
？ 熟练掌握声音降噪，去杂音的方法，灵活运用修改声音的基本技巧。
？ 根据课文或者单词内容准确配图，制成符合课程内容的flash。
？ 熟练运用编辑视频的软件。
？ 熟悉课程的整个流程，具备培训新人的能力。
？ 保证课程有2周的库存，以便上传（在lesson plan和声音按时提供的情况下）
？ 保持与HK课程对应同事的联系，及时就课程中出现的问题进行沟通解决。
？ 配合销售团队创造新课程项目。
？ 完成直属上司及服务经理交办的市场推广的任务。
