工作内容:
-协助全国经理开展当地的人力资源工作;
-负责人事系统的信息录入、更新和维护管理工作;
-负责员工劳动合同的签订、变更、解除和终止工作;
-负责分公司员工薪资福利的核算工作;
-负责分公司员工的考勤及假期管理;
-负责分公司员工的录离职、社保等各项人事手续的办理;
-做好分公司员工的试用期员工的考评和转正工作;
-做好分公司员工的内档管理;
-组织协调年度绩效评估工作的开展;
-保持与政府部门的协调、联系及关系维护,处理好员工投诉;
-完成员工活动的组织、策划和安排;
-对发生的各类人事问题,及时提出并协商解决对策。
任职要求:
-大专及以上学历;
-至少三年以上薪酬福利工作经验,同时具备人力资源实务经验者优先;
-熟悉社保办理流程、精通各类人事证件的办理;
-熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规;
-有良好的表达、沟通、协调能力和团队协作精神;
-责任心强,能独立完成工作;
-热情开朗,有亲和力。
