职责:

- 协助维修经理进行维修工作的计划、安排、验收
- 与客户、名店店铺、分包商、公司内部各部门保持经常性良好的沟通
- 研究图纸，提出解决问题的最佳方案，编写维修总结表
- 需要经常出差（国内各城市、中国香港、中国澳门等）检查、调查和报告
- 其他维修相关的工作

要求:
- 三年以上幕墙设计/施工经验，对幕墙材料有较深的认识
- 精通CAD、OFFICE等电脑知识
- 沟通能力强, 能简单书写英语，能用英文沟通更佳。
- 积极主动
- 深圳上班,需要出差

Position Responsibility：
- Assist maintenance manager for the maintenance planning, logistics and construction/operations hand over issues.
- Liaise with clients, luxury stores, sub-contractors, internal departments and maintain a continuous efficient relationship with them.
- Drawing reviews, preparation of efficient maintenance work plan proposals, issuance of maintenance reports.
- Business trip required regularly. carry out inspection, investigation and reports
- Other relevant works
Requirement
- At least 3-year experience in curtain wall construction / design field, have a good knowledge for different kind of materials
- Good at CAD, OFFICE etc. software
- Effective communication skills and good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
- Highly motivated.
- Position based in Shenzhen, travel in PRC cities is required.
