Senior Merchandiser
Job Descriptions
· Assist Merchandising Manager to develop both existing and new customer accounts strategically (Industries coverage: electrical appliances, kitchen wares, personal cares, commodities, FMCG’s packaging, gifts & premium, etc.)
· Handle strategic communications with customers based on directions given by Merchandising Manager
· Coordinate works on accounts development with team merchandisers based on strategic plans and provide progress report to Merchandising Manager weekly
· Maintain customer master in company systems
· Participate in all customer meetings and factory visits when customer in town, and provide visit report
· Visit customers and vendors when necessary
· Review and ensure costing are ready for Manager approval
· Maintain and update business forecast of each account in system by obtaining timely updates from customers and/or team merchandisers
· Generate business performance report monthly for internal review with team merchandisers
· Initiate quarterly and yearly reviews with customers
· Assist Merchandising Manager to prepare yearly budgets
· Timely report to Merchandising Manager on all accounts and projects development

Qualification & requirements
· Degree graduates
· 10-year experiences or above in same industry
· Excellent spoken English, listening and writing. Fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Chinese reading, typing and writing is a MUST.
· Excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo Editor, etc.
· Can work independently
· Initiative, hard-working, willing to travel, with team spirit and a sense of humor
· Station in BaoAn Shenzhen office from Monday to Friday
· Available immediately
