职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责公司销售及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
2、发货事宜，接到定单-下单-确定货期-联系货运-发货-货运状况。
3、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询。
4、负责收集、整理、归档市场行情、价格，以及新产品、客源等信息资料，提出分析报告，为业务部人员、领导决策提供参考。
5、协助销售人员做好客户的接待和电话来访工作；
6、负责客户、顾客的售后/投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理。
7、协助业务员做好内务、各种销售会议的记录等工作。
任职要求：
1、市场营销或相关专业大专或以上学历；
2、有相关销售助理工作经验1-2年；
3、熟练操作办公软件和办公设备；
4、对数据敏感，有针对数据提供相关分析的能力；
5、良好的团队合作精神与敬业精神；
