职位描述
Responsibilities:
Liaise with 3PL supplier and customs broker to handle customs clearance activities.
Prepare import and export documents and ensure contents accuracy.
Contact CIQ officers to apply for related certificates for purposes of customs clearance.
Cross check product information in CCC certificates to secure accuracy.
Keep close contact with Quality team regarding CCC application status to ensure CCC certificates are available on time.
Handle and escalate issues on customs clearance such as CCC certificate approval delays, etc.
Set up data base for import and export shipments.
Communicate delivery plan with Market Operations team.
Provide support to LEGO Jiaxing factory on tasks related to import & export operations.
Provide support to the Asia region on tasks related to import and export operations.
Work with Finance to arrange VAT and costs related to customs clearance.
File customs declaration forms , invoice, packing list and Bill of Laden and other customs clearance related documents.
Requirements:
-Knowledge:
China Customs Laws and regulations, CIQ laws and regulations, HS Commodity Code Determination, Country of origin, Free Trade Agreements, ERP
-Skills:
Import & Export operations
Knowledge of customs processes according to law and business needs
Continuous improvement and applications within Shipping Process
Above 6 years related experience, Have proven track record to handle import/export operation
College Degree on Foreign Trade or similar
Excel skills for data processing
