Are you excited to practice inspirational office support in global facility team?
Now it’s great opportunity to practice your office facility support to cross function in LEGO in Shanghai Hub. You’ll help us to work with different colleagues who from overseas & different LEGO China office.
Except traditional receptionist, are you willing to expanse yourself to cross function support role?
Service minded Office Support
Pick-up the incoming calls and transfer them to the correct colleagues;
Deal with daily office issues and maintenance;
Welcome customers and oversea colleagues;
Coordinate with line manager on other issues;
What we’re looking for?
Colleague or above
3 years reception experience in MNC
3 years working administrative support experience in MNC will up plus
Frequent on speaking & written English
Good at excel/word/ppt
