Job Description
1. To design CRM/Loyalty consulting solution for various industries including Airline, Telecom, Automobile, Retail etc, articulate the solution in a broad range of situations, positioning offerings against competition and illustrating how to meet client needs.
2. Based on the needs of a prospect, develop the solution approach that best combines objectives, current programs and capabilities, functionality, price, performance, future-proofing, resource dependencies, and whatever attributes are most relevant to the opportunity.
3. To work with sales and account teams to develop and close opportunities with new and existing clients, to respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop thoughtful, comprehensive proposals addressing the needs of clients and prospects and remove business inhibitors to the sale, through whiteboard sessions, presentations, demonstrations, strategy and brainstorming sessions, competitive analysis, and any other means at your disposal.
4. To Lead the implementation of the consulting project under contract and meet all the service standard. Based on solution strategies or client requirements, develop a thoughtful approach to forecasting the financial impact of the prospect’s strategy and establishing a plan for the prospect to bring their ideas to market.
5. To enhance business Group effectiveness, responsible for people development and coaching.
Desired Skills and Experience
-8+ years relevant experience in retention, relationship, or customer experience marketing on the client side or with a solution provider or agency preferred.
- Pre-sales experience in CRM, Loyalty Marketing, Business Analytics, Marketing Automation or Customer Experience Management or related competitive or complementary market offerings is preferred but not required.
-Strong customer-facing and presentation skills mandatory.
-Strong business modeling and analytic skills preferred.
-Able to provide on-going business and strategic support to well-qualified opportunities conducting evaluations, which may include workshops, strategy sessions, best practices consulting, ROI forecasting, and many other tasks
- Ability to lead multiple projects at once within tight timelines
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
-Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
