Sales Training Manager/ Supervisor
Responsibilities:
-Build and perfect sales training system based on business needs;
-Establish,lead and implement core sales training plans;
-Develop and improve the courses; update the courseware based on brands' strategy;
-Teach the core training courses, and manage the whole training process from courses preparation to participation monitoring and delivering lectures;
-Initiate meetings with Sales Managers from hospital team, and provide advice on people development, as a business partner;
-Work closely with RSM to initiate sales training activities;
-Evaluate and follow-up training effect;
-Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.

Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 3 years'sales training experience or at least 2 years' sales management experience in Pharmaceutical industry
-Be able to work independently and under pressure
-Effective communication and presentation skills
-Be passionate to training others
-Be systematic and analytical
-Fluent in English is preferred
