Position: Logistics Assistant
Report to: Logistics Manager
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. 系统出入库操作
Operating system out of storage
2. 协调仓库出入库
Coordinate warehouse out of storage
3. 库存管理
Inventory management
4. 物料管理
Materials management
5. 店铺到货确认
Confirming with shops about the arrivals
6. 国内运输管理及相关帐单确认
Domestic transportation management and related bills confirmation
7. 根据工作需要，主管安排的其他物流相关工作
Based on operational need, be in charge of arrangements and other logistics related work.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree and major in engineering, logistics or business;
2. 2~3 years above experience in supply chain operation in a foreign company;
3. Sound knowledge of logistic processes in retail and service industry;
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. ERP understanding and Office software skill;
6. Highly developed sense of responsibility and a feeling for costs;
7. Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and good communication skills.
