2. General duties/主要职责:
responsible for the regional rental business, lead the local rental sales team to achieve the annual target in cooperation with the new truck sales team
负责大区租赁业务,与新车销售团队密切配合,带领租赁销售团队完成年度指标。
active sales via telephone and through customer visits,keep good relationship with customer
积极主动的客户拜访及电话沟通,与客户建立良好的关系。
development and realization of the regional rental business objectives and keep good communication with local rental specialists, other internal, and external partners
发展及实现大区短期租赁目标,与当区租赁专员、公司内外相关人员保持良好沟通。
stand-in for the central rental supervisor during absence (excl. decision-making powers)
当总部主管不在时可作为临时主管代理其工作(不包括决策权)
providing the input, coordinate and implement rental related projects and tasks in order to efficiently exploit market potentials
制定并实施租赁相关项目及任务,更有效地挖掘市场潜力

3. Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作:
in coordination with central rental department to define annual planning and strategies of the regional rental business, cultivate the short term rental market with trucks, development of regional strategies / measures to support the new truck and used equipment sales as well as their follow up together with the management of respective units
协助总部一起制定相关大区年度计划及战略方向,极力开发叉车短期租赁市场,支持新车/二手车销售及其他部门的业务
Actively external customer visit,and set up good relationship with customer
积极外出拜访客户,与客户建立良好的关系
make use of the sales information system to analyze markets and customers and the implementation of derived findings to increase rental sales
利用系统工具分析市场、了解客户以提高租赁业务
maintaining and deepening the cooperation and internal communication with the regional sales and After sales
与大区销售及售后保持密切沟通与配合
conduct and support marketing activities and sales support measures
开展并支持一切市场营销活动
responsibility of the rental sales engineer related business operations
对租赁销售工程师的日常销售活动负责。
supervision of new local rental Sales Engineer
监督本地新的租赁销售工程师
training of local Rental Sales Engineer
对本地新的租赁销售工程师进行培训。
Any other task assigned by central rental department or head of VG-Department
完成由VG部门领导安排的其他工作任务
