Role synopsis Reporting to the HSSE Advisor to provide supports on SMART/CAP monitoring, Data analysis, documentation, Training, coordination to help the teams to reduce all HSSE risks.

The role will also support on all process & procedures as required by SPU OMS.
Key accountabilities •Contributing to delivery of the OU HSSE Plan to ensure BP and SPU requirements are met
•Support Auto HSSE advisor and OMS Integrator to implement OMS in Auto;
•Provide supports on HSSE Communication, newsletter, promotion activities, outdoor events and conference;
•Conduct and assist with risk assessment to support business activities.
•Assist HSSE Audits, inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable HSSE legislation & BP requirements
•Maintain all HSSE data, records, procedures & document
•Cascade communications and engagement material and provide translation support as required
Essential Education •University degree (or the equivalent in work experience), preferably in a technical discipline
•Formal HSSE qualification (eg CSE or NEBOSH) desirable
Essential experience and job requirements •At least 2 years’ experience in HSSE, preferred in multinational business environment
•Understanding and knowledge of safety policy and common safety standards like driving safety, contractor safety management etc.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin
•Effective influencing and communication skills
