职位要求：Role and Responsibilities:　

1. Support Lubes NPR procurement team to upload the contracts/POs on procurement system on a regular basis and generate the report.

2. Support on purchase order / contract preparation, purchase order fulfilment, contract administration, central filling and cordinate with Finance team & internal business client to make sure the payment on time;

3. Assistant to procurement specialist on purchase order master data maintenance and periodically update the master data sheet to planning and performance manager for performance review

4. Maintain vendor list of prospective suppliers/contractors and products & services;

Education, Background & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, PSCM, Business or technical degree with relevant experience

2. Preferred to have PSCM experience on sourcing, ordering background;

3. Internally motivated self-starter & committed team player

4. Strong commitment to operational excellence

5. High ethics, energetic , helpful and Patient

6. Fluent in in both oral and written English.
