Role synopsis To implement agreed Japanese OEM strategy to support delivering the performance by working with the OEM related department to endorse Castrol Lubes to all related FWS under favourable contractual conditions.
To build up the high level relationships with the assigned J-OEM HQ, influence the national sales companies and dealer groups to make sure the global deals flow through to positively
Key accountabilities 1.Assist the team leader in formulating specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop long-term sustainable & profitable business with targeted accounts. To coordinate the Sales Marketing activities in FWS channel to ensure that the strategy is closely followed and effectively implemented by the sales team.
2. Build up the win-win relationship with the assigned J-OEM accounts, to influence FWs to choose Castrol as the better lubes supplier than other Japanese competitors. Owner of relationship with key OEM regional management network.
3.Help to coordinate the nation-wide approach to the highly important dealer group network and work closely with the responsible sales teams.
4.Fully utilize all available internal & outside resources and support functions to secure new business and ensure targeted accounts receive professional service & marketing support to strengthen partnership & maximize sales with targeted OEM accounts.
Essential Education Bachelor degree in Automotive/Business or above
Essential experience and job requirements - Willing to work with Japanese Key Accounts.- At least five years’ work experiences in Sales & Marketing or other B2B businesses.
- Good Negotiation & Influence Skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Good project management skills
- Good networking skill
- Fluent in English, and fluent Japanese skill is a plus.
- Able to operate the computer software systems
- Basic finance knowledge for trading company
- Good marketing sense
- Energetic and enthusiastic
