Role synopsis To support National Sales Support Manager for sales strategy and marketing activities implementation, including target & budget allocation, sales reporting and process improvement, etc
Business Context:
Background:
•With the fast growth of business, increased demand from customers, and more comprehensive activities and requirements in China OU and from SPU,
Sales and marketing activities and process are much more complicated.
•Continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency between the differentiation and standardization of sales process/offer is becoming more important.
•The costs of failure in business risk management are increasing.
•Planning in country-level and coordination across regions are more complicated. And national sales support team just be set up to support above areas.
•In order to effectively move forward country level projects and tasks, new headcount to support National Sales Support Manager will be required to effectively drive key tasks ahead.
Key accountabilities -Sales Plan & budgeting: allocation, reporting and sales performance analysis.
-Form strategic sales initiatives and activity: LTT,SS, conduct analysis to drive business efficiency and effectiveness; Coordinate with outside business partners, internal divisions, screen and negotiate with vendors on prices.
-Provide assistance to National Support Manager for facilitating country level or cross-region programs/projects.
-Organize, monitor and provide timely feedback on national sales and marketing activities.
-Contracts Management, provide assistance in monitoring and creating value-added sales support.
-Coordinate sales conference & events.
Essential Education University graduate
Essential experience and job requirements -More than 5 years working experience
-Fluent both in written and spoken English
-Good analytical skills, drive and enthusiasm.
-Strong communication and coordinating skills.
-Project management experience is a plus.
