Job Title: Hardware Mechanical Engineer-手机堆叠工程师
Location: Shanghai

Job Function:
Hardware Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the Mechanical design and responsible for the MD quality.
In this position, the candidate will be working on mostly Mechanical aspect for Marvell Application and Communication application platform reference design in MCSI department.

The responsibility will include but not limited to:
- Participate in the system level requirement collection, from customer, marketing, sales, etc.
- Working with project team to decide the ID/MD, work as major contact window with ID/MD tooling mold vendor。
- Take major responsibility to the production level ME quality.
- Work as major contributor to the Audio/Acoustic performance, production level thermal design.
- Review and solve any ID/MD issue, take major ownership on the production assembly when needed.
- Generating design app notes, debug guidance for internal and customer release.
- Platform post release customer support (internal and external) and maintenance when necessary.

Mandatory qualifications include:
- BSEE degree or above, with 3+ years ID/MD design experience in Smartphone/Feature phone/Consume electronic area.
- Participate at least 3 commercial production design project, hold the major responsibility in at least 1 commercial production design project.
- Experience on mainstream ID/MD EDA tool, like Pro/E, able to generate commercial design file independently, able to generate phone stack design file independently.
- Have practical experience on mechanical design relevant to: Thermal Dispense design, Audio/Speech performance, ESD performance, Antenna design restriction etc.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally, for potential customer support.
- Good communication skills—able to communicate with various people and understand potential request, capable to do task coordinate inside/external company.
- Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking
Below qualifications are not mandatory but will be the plus for candidate
- Experience on commercial production design will be a big advantage (production line support, SMT and quality control, etc.)
- Experience in hardware board development including schematics design, board debug and test will be a big plug.
