职位描述

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To research, plan and implement marketing campaigns in Mainland China in order to achieve business growth, brand and product awareness.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

	Work with the Assistant Product Manager to plan suitable and effective marketing campaigns and product promotional materials.
	Implement marketing campaigns (offline, online and digital platform) to support retention and business growth.
	Work with Assistant Product Manager to estimate costs for campaigns and activities to feed into the annual budget. Monitor expenditure throughout year to ensure budgets are adhered to.
	Organize book fairs, exhibitions and conferences in order to promote product and enhance brand awareness.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·	Degree level education At least 3 year experience in marketing preferably in education or the publishing field
·	A highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build rapport with colleagues around the business
·	Knowledge of the ELT and educational publishing market in Mainland China
·	A high level of literacy with strong copywriting skills
·	Strengths in analytics and critical thinking
·	Computer literacy including a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Good understand of online and digital marketing principles Experience with apps, mobile and email marketing Fluent in English and Chinese
