Main Job Duties:
- Working with engineering team to define the clearly QFD in the new project stage
- To ensure new projects are achieving the criteria On Time Delivery , Quality and Costs
- Focusing on process improvement to drive the Should Be Condition of machine, mould, fixture, raw material and environment.
- Dealing the customer situation with Q&R team
- Aligning the strategic plan by identifying/introducing the new Process / Technology Development in PCBA team
- Ensuring that all jigs/fixtures and tooling’s must follow standard buy-off procedure
- Provide training and guidance to the key technicians, engineers, supervisors.
- Manage the Profit & Loss of division spending
- Enquiries of new project-request for quotation/quick quotation of part cost, tooling & fixture quotation;
- Reviewing the PPAP documents preparation to customer for PSW(Part Submission Warrant)

Experience / Job Knowledge / Special Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) ; Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience on PCBA.
- Familiar with SPC and 6-sigma methodologies.
- Preferably with Automotive experience in Large Form Factor PCBA manufacturing
- Equipped with PCBA Process Engineering Skills such as SMT, Wave Soldering, Reflow Soldering and Box-Build is an added advantage
- Solid experience in project management, Good understanding of BOM structure and work flow, Project financial justification, priority ranking, and resource allocation;
- Knowledge in ISO9000,TS16949,ISO140001,RoHS is an advantage;
- Demonstrated leadership skill, especially in identifying , tacking and preventing problem matters;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Mature and diplomatic to work in a cross-functional and cross cultural-team environment.;
