Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; 
与设备供应商一起安装并调试自动线,跟踪调试进度,及时反馈并解决问题以保证项目进度； 
Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/change over 
自动线试产，量产运行及换型时为生产提供技术支撑，保证自动线运转正常 
Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line 
及时识别并解决生产中出现的机械故障,保证生产顺利进行 
Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly 
指导技术员并参与自动线维护及产品换型工作 
Responsible for the effective communication across the company 
与相关部门进行高效地沟通，维持良好的工作关系，及时跟时并解决问题； 
Preparing for quick change over and ensure QCO at the target time 
线下做好充分准备工作，在规定的时间完成产品换型 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS：（职位要求）
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation; 
本科学历，机械工程/自动化/机电一体化专业 
2. Minimum 3 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting for automation machine; 
三年以上非标设备设计或调试经验,擅长工装夹治具设计; 
3. Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices and components selection; 
熟悉视觉检测系统（如基恩士/康奈士）,PLC，气动元件，传感器，马达和其他动作控制设备，以及相应元件选型； 
4. Robot knowledge will be a plus; 
了解机械手的特性和操作，有机械手维护保养经验为佳； 
5. Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical; 
对于电气性能有一定了解； 
6. Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing; 
熟练使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等软件 
7. Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills. 
出色的问题分析及解决能力，良好的人际沟通技能。 
8.Good command of English reading and writing is required, fluent oral English is highly preferred; 
英文读写ok，口语流利者为佳。
