Job Description/Duties (Full Time):
? Supervise warehouse team operation
o Supervise Order Receiving Preparation, coordinated between origin port and warehouse, ensure staffs, space, products and documents are properly prepared before receiving;
o Supervise Order Receiving, Sorting, Tally & Recording
o Supervise Location assignment & case pack move around
o Audit Daily storage status base on In-Bound and Out-Bound fulfilment
o Supervise Return, Restock and Return-To-Vendor operation, coordinate between Testing Team & Fulfilment Team.
? Supervise Inventory Management
o Organize & Supervise Inventory related operation on scheduled time frame, including but not limited to, standard cycle count and internal audit base on various Sales and Operational requirements, both physical and documentation.
o Support Marketing, Merchandising, Purchasing Planning and Accounting team on inventory related analysis
? Supervise Order Fulfilment Operation
o Check SKU availability between Ordered and actual storage;
o Coordinate packers working time and assign tasks appropriately
o Monitor the fulfilment process to ensure Accuracy＆ Efficiency
o Audit Pick-List & Shipping Labeling to ensure Accuracy on SKU & SKU related coding, Quantity
o Audit Out-Bound Shipping List to ensure Accuracy between Shipped vs Ordered
? Supervise Distribution from LA, CA and Shenzhen, China
o Plan shipments to third party warehouse
o Familiar with shipping carriers and common shipping methods
o Facilitate seamless and cost effective interaction with fulfillment vendors and internal processes while ensuring compliance to operational standards
? Manage Operational Supplies
o all warehouse and fulfilment operation related supplies, ensure availability and cost effectiveness
? Manage warehouse safety and security.
o Establish warehouse safety and security policies and be the captain of these policies
o Supervise warehouse and non-warehouse personnel entry and exit

Qualification:
? 2 year or 4 year degree
? Actual experience in Inventory Management, physical, database and documentation.
? Actual experience in Fulfilment operation, physical, database and documentation.
? Retailing warehouse and/or inventory management practice will be a plus
? Attention to Details, operational, data and documentation
? Familiar with various Inventory System
? High standard of Business Ethics and Integrity
? Computer Proficient, good command in MS Excel and data sensitive
? Able to travel to LA, CA, and Shenzhen, China.
? Able to work as a full time employee
? Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese suppliers
