Grade 5 or 6:

The Project Planning Leader defines the project schedule and ensures the project meets the targetted milestones, by delegation from the project manager.
Report to Cost & Time manager who report to IND director.
Warn the project manager and his core team on the risks of time slippage and propose action plan to mitigate them
Provide the project manager with a schedule to create a dynamic within project execution and to meet the delivery date commitment
Animate the project core team to build and monitor the project schedule
Guarantee the project schedule is defined and followed up by respecting the OCP rules
Challenge the time estimations given by the function leaders
Propose actions to reduce the risks.
Share and know the best practices implemented within the others projects or entities of Power.
Activly participate to the community of Project Planning Leader within Partner Business
To work with:
Marketing Projects leaders, Technical Projects leaders, Industrial Projects Leaders, Project purchase leader, Supply chain leaders, Quality project leader.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above.
Major in mechanical / electrical / industrial /manufacture --- Must
>=2 years experience on engineer or industrial back ground, product design or manufacture --- Must
5 years working experience ---- must
English fluency, conference call meeting experience. --- Must
Project orientation --- Must
Able to use the (Microsoft office project) software to mamange the schedule --- prefered
Project Management, Scheduling, broad view on all discipline processes, experience in a project is a plus --- prefered
Finance / purchase / project engineer experience is a plus --- prefered
Soft skill:
Good communication skills, capacity to animate teams
Be open-minded to work on various projects,
Strong analytical mind
