Responsibilities岗位职责:
· Doing e-liquid and flavor research and development work base on the company’s strategy负责电子烟油新产品的开发
· Manage the projects base on the sales’ requirement 按市场及销售的需求管理新产品项目
· Analyse and match the market samples from the competitors分析及匹配市场上竞争对手的同类产品的样品
· Work with other flavorists, project teams to deliver strong support for the research & development projects.在跨部门项目中，负责提供强有力的技术支持及跨部门的沟通
· Supervise junior flavorists and chemists doing development work带领同组中经验较浅的调香师/化学工程师一起完成产品开发工作
· Help to build up a good panel team and recommend the sensory panel methods协助建立一支专业的香精/烟油评吸团队
· Help to set up a good flavor lab协助建立香精研发实验室
· Support QC and manufacture teams to solve the raw material and production's problems协助QC及生产部门解决产品生产中遇到的问题

Requirements知识及经验要求:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, food science or tobacco本科或以上学历，化学、烟草或相关专业
· > 7 years flavor development experiences in food, tobacco or e-liquid area七年以上食品、烟草或烟油开发经验
· Familiar with chemical ingredients and raw materials熟悉化学单体及化学原材料
· Good experience for project management良好的项目管理能力
· Have knowledge with FEMA or GB regulation熟悉香精产品的国家标准及检验分析方法
· Familiar with Micro-office software熟悉办公软件
· English can read and write, Fluent oral English is prefered具备基本的英语读写能力，口语流利的优先
