职位描述:
1、每个业务员独立操作阿里巴巴速卖通
工作内容主要涉及在阿里巴巴速卖通、敦煌网等外贸平台的产品销售，产品信息发布，客户沟通与服务，订单售后管理，产品推广与促销活动营销设计；
2、负责开发新产品、制定产品营销计划，将产品发布到站点上；
3、负责处理客户问题，包括售前咨询、售后维护以及妥善处理各种售后问题，整理客户信息积累并维护老客户；
4、负责收集、分析市场情报及竞争对手状况，制定推广计划；
5、及时了解分析平台新政策，正确、准确的完善自己的店铺，订单的管理，橱窗设置，促销产品设置，保持账号高度活跃度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析；
6、负责定期向公司汇报销售情况。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，英语、商务英语、电子商务专业，英语CET4级以上，读写熟练，口语佳，熟悉国外客户的习惯及特点。
能熟练操作办公软件office，能用photoshop处理图片者优先考虑；
2、勤奋、能吃苦，学习能力、应变适应能力强；
3、积极向上，严格遵守公司的工作制度，积极配合公司工作安排，与公司共同成长、发展；
4、具备良好的敬业精神、团队合作意识、忠诚度及执行力。对电子商务销售模式熟悉。
薪酬：底薪+提成+绩效奖金
