职位描述:
岗位职责：
1.在速卖通平台及时回复客户邮件,提供售前咨询；
2.处理客户投诉及中差评，对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理；
跟踪物流运输；
3.了解产品信息，解答客户提出的技术问题;
4.收集和整理客户的反馈信息，反馈给相关主管人员；
5.完成上级交办的任务。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，英语水平CET4以上，1年以上平台产品或网站开发或销售经验。
2、了解速卖通政策和规定，
3、思维灵活且有逻辑性，敏锐的市场分析能力，善于解决各种业务问题；
4、能承受一定的工作压力，应变能力强；
5、性格开朗，正直，自我约束能力强，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神.
