Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

· Assist the trainer on coordination, facility, record and filing for training and assessment activity;

· Maintain training record and auditor files according to TP008.

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

· Communicate with new auditor for training & assessment record;

· Communicate with Supervisor for auditor’s training record & test paper;

· Coordinate with Local office admin with training arrangement.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

· Collect the training notice, training attendance and training questionnaire and filing;

· Collect the quiz paper and the quiz result from Supervisor and Trainer;

· Develop the auditor folder when new auditor arrival and update the data with auditors’ N+1

· Update the training, qualification, assessment record and competency;

· Update local minimum wage, law & regulations and other research;

· Feedback the training course and assessment status to Trainer;

· Post updates to expert or ftp site;

· Prepare and maintain the monthly summary;

· As the assistant of trainer when they provide the training service;

· Delegated job from training manager & trainer.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or above, Prefer Bachelor of Engineering
• CET 4 or above or equivalent level;
• Proficiency in the Application of Microsoft Office;
