职位描述
Objective:
Manage the client team in order to deliver operational excellence for the team’s clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- The delivery of high quality products, which in some cases includes meeting FDA requirements.
- Driving the team for continuous improvement in the area of quality.
- Ensure the team is managing forecast demand, POs and capacity planning to meet steep ramp up requirements.Develop a high quality relationship with the team’s Client Directors and clients
- Understand and meet client expectations and deliverables, and work with the Client Directors to clarify these as necessary. Together with CD take decisions on all client’s projects
- Manage the client team. Performance management of all cross-functional members; goal setting, development planning, regular coaching and feedback
- Oversee all projects within the client team- make sure that project management, organization of work, resource allocation is done in line with client’s needs
- Co-ordinate with other Client Team Managers on resource and scheduling
- Quality of communications – externally with clients, and internally within the team and across teams
- Cost management; project and product.
- Ensure compliance with agreed procedures in the team
- Drive usage of Web Based Platforms
Key Skills and Experience:
- Degree level preferred. 10 years+ in CE industry with experience working with multi-national companie
- Experience in supply chain planning, development program management and manufacturing.

A solid skill base is needed to hit the ground running, and commercial acumen focusing on long-term outcomes and the financial implications of the actions expected.
Strategic thought processes are vital in processing and analyzing data in order to reach key points, and the ability to think in the ‘bigger picture’ is an advantage.
The ability to best solve a problem quickly and effectively using networks is also a must, along with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
Personal Qualities
The typical PCH work style would be relationship oriented where support for others in achieving goals is a key consideration. Looking above the obvious to achieve broader based solutions using initiative is standard, and a flexible approach to problem solving utilizing various resources is required.
