Responsibilities:
1. Leather Quality interface between Customer, LE suppliers and CM, drive continuously quality improvements from LE suppliers;
2. Work with Customer, LE suppliers to provide leather SIP for CM’s IQC;
3. Establish Leather quality acceptance criteria & limit samples with customer & LE suppliers, train CM to follow the criteria;
4. Follow up DOE & Control run quality in manufacturing;
5. Regular LE storage audit in CM manufacturing lines and drive for improvements;
6. Ensure PCH and Suppliers’ cutting yields for each specific project are measured and achieved;
7. Data collection and analysis to produce formal reports for customers.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Material Engineering or equivalent fields, background in leather is preferred;
2. Rich experience in leather manufacturing, leather quality criteria;
3. Good understanding of SPC, FMEA, Lean manufacturing or TQM, familiar with Mini-tab, JMP or related tools is a plus;
4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
5. Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO9000;
6. Good project management skills;
7. Independent and self-motivated achiever.
