Responsibilities:
1. Establish, periodically review and maintain quality management system of PCH.
2. Schedule and perform internal audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.
3. Compile & write training material and conduct training sessions on quality system tools & methodologies.
4. Coordinate and manage external audit, follow up to make sure timely close of the audit findings.
5. Prepare the management review periodically, present to managers on improvement activities.
6. Drive quality system continuous improvement project, make plan and manage improvement project.
7. Support the development and administration of the customer corrective and preventative action (CAPA), internal non-conformance and Quality Management Systems
8. Collection and management for quality standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent specialized experience.
2. 3+ years’ experience with Quality Assurance programs in a multinational company.
3. Certified internal auditor on ISO 9001 or ISO13485.
4. Good knowledge in quality system, for example ISO9001, ISO13485, FDA CFR 820, etc.
5. Ability to understand and apply statistical and business improvement tools to improve and sustain business results.
6. Strong organizational, practical mathematical (statistical) skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and organize projects.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
10. Independent and self-motivated achiever.
