? Overseesguest related operationsof the hostel;
? Partners with other business units to communicate guests’ feedback;
? Ensures guest satisfaction and loyalty;
? Creates and manages events to promote youth hostel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责描述:
? Manage hostel’s operational processes to assist hostel management and admin functions;
负责旅舍日常运营工作以协助完成旅舍管理工作以及其他行政事项;
? Follow a process, from guests’ walk in to exit, to aim ultimate satisfaction by the guest and an insurance to rebook;
负责顾客全程入驻,以最大化顾客的入驻满意度为目标,确保顾客的二次入驻;
? Lead the daily room cleaning and set up process with housekeeping staff to ensure spotless room comfort and hygiene;
指导日常客房清理工作,负责与客房清洁人员建立管理规范,以保证客房干净、舒适卫生;
? Work with admin and technical team for proper functioning of the room, including technical fixture and equipment (power supply, A/C, hot water, etc.);
与行政管理与维修团队协同工作,保证房间的设备正常运作,包括了技术维修以及设备维护(如电源、空调、热水等)
? Liaise with in-house guests continually to understand their needs and concerns, in an attempt to improve hostel’s services and keep proper record of all complaints/resolutions;
负责入驻顾客的联络沟通工作,以明白顾客的需求以及顾虑,藉此不断提升旅舍的服务质量。同时需要做好顾客投诉以及解决方案的相关存档工作。
? Direct kitchen and service staff timely and as per processes issued, from pre-breakfast to post-dining, to ensure most welcoming ‘mise en place’ for the café and event operations;
指导厨房以及服务人员提供及时高效的服务,工作内容覆盖早餐准备到晚餐打烊的工作,保证提供咖啡厅以及其他活动的餐前准备工作。
? Create and implement, in accordance with regulations and standards, a priority hygiene procedure, making sure that all staff are trained and inspected per its articles;
制定以及执行卫生户管理规定,包括日常规章制度以及标准,确保所有员工接受到相关培训以及受到日常监督管理工作;
? Assist management in creating plans and promotions both for hostel accommodations as well as lobby functions, such as F&B menus, weekend events, meeting functions and yoga sessions;
策划以及协助管理旅舍销售活动以及公共区域活动,例如餐饮服务菜单、周末特别活动、会议以及瑜伽课程等。
? Ensure proper functioning and cleanness of laundry services, both for the guests as well as hostel’s own needs;
保证旅舍洗衣服务的正常运转,以满足旅舍顾客以及旅舍自身的需求。
? Control rooms, public spaces and bathrooms/toilets in an attempt to drive betterment in cleaning and comfort conditions;
对客房、公共区域以及淋浴间/厕所进行监管,力求不断提升卫生以及舒适的住宿环境。
? Request garden related services from town management to maintain a naturally and welcomingly beautiful outer space, including retreat area;
与园区管理层就园林服务提出相应的要求,以打造自然、舒适以及美观的外部空间,包括旅舍的后院空间。
? Be in close communication with all staff and management team, including ID Town, in order to receive assistance in promoting hostel and events organized;
与所有工作人员以及管理层(包括园区所有工作人员)维系良好的沟通,以保证能够在配合旅舍与园区的各种活动。
? Keep sight of policies and procedures to detect and address fraud and corruption issues during operational steps, including cheating, harassment and theft by hostel personnel;
根据旅舍政策以及管理流程,监察运营过程中诈骗、贪污、骚扰以及旅舍员工盗窃行为。
? Attend management and staff meetings, support night operations as needed, and transact other operationalduties as assigned;
参加管理层以及员工会议,在需要的情况下负责夜班的值班工作以及其他上级指定工作。
? List weekly/monthly furniture and accessories to be replaced, repaired or relocated in or out of the hostel;
对旅舍内外需要更换、维修、重新摆放的家具制作周报告以及月度报告
? Generate synergies among staff and partners to contribute to hostel’s income raising and cost saving efforts;
协助雇员以及同事尽可能提升旅舍经营收入以及节省成本。
? Support management in creation and maintenance of hostel’s website as well as on matters related to communication with the agents and partners, such as hostel associations.

QUALIFICATIONS相关资质要求:
? Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
相关专业的本科学历
? 4+ years job position in similar functions;
4年以上的类似工作岗位的工作经验
? Experience withinhospitality and/or entertainmentindustries;
在酒店管理或者活动策划行业有一定的经验
? Possession of soft skills and good communication at all levels;
