? Overseeslegal and administrative requirements for the hostel;
监管旅舍的法律相关事务以及日常行政管理事务;
? Ensures compliance with local safety, labor and security standards;
确保日常运营工作符合法律规定规范,包括劳务关系、日常生产经营等方面;
? Partners with other business units to communicate regulatory concerns and other needs;
与其他业务部门沟通并且协同处理常规性事务;
? Liaises with external parties to ensure administrative process adherence.
与外部对接部门协作,确保日常运营工作的正常开展。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责描述
? Manage hostel’s administrative process to assist hostel management and guest operations;
做好旅舍行政管理工作,以最大程度支持旅舍运营以及顾客管理工作;
? Build, develop, and maintain a robust administrative process and continuously improve;
建立完善以及执行一套健全的行政管理制度,并且坚持在实践过程中不断完善既定流程制度;
? Ensure adherence to legal regulations concerning hostel and maintain all necessary permits and inspection reports up to date;
确保青年旅舍运营所需的证照办理,并且定期进行证照的更新维护;
? Assist management to lead fundamental HR processes, including hiring, remuneration, promotion, training and termination;
协助完成旅舍招聘的人事流程,包括招聘、薪酬谈判、晋升手续、培训以及离职手续办理;
? Create day accounting processes for the hostel, including check-in, check-out, food and beverage consumption, credit and cash payment, and maintain all books and records thereto up to date;
对旅舍运营情况编制日现金流表,包括每日旅舍房费、酒水消费、供应商付款等结算事项;
? Keep daily cash accounts safe and secure, and liaise with local bank branches for proper financial asset operations;
保证每天收入现金的安全性,并且负责与本地银行沟通以保证金融融资产的正常运作;
? Engage local government and other administrative bodies to keep healthy relationship for hostel and be vigilant to all such inspections as necessitated by law;
与相关对接部门保持良好的沟通,主动做好法律法规规定的自查工作;
? Be in close communication with all staff and management team, including ID Town, in order to promote compliance and adherence to hostel’s regulatory standards;
与员工以及管理团队保持紧密沟通联系,包括与上级公司各部门的协调工作,以实现并且坚持执行旅舍的管理标准;
? Lead technical processes concerning hostel operations, including sanitation, high/low voltage power, kitchen supply and equipment, air-conditioning and information systems from both functional as well as safety perspectives;
负责管理旅舍运营的技术维修工作管理工作,保证各相工作能够安全正常地进行,包括监督消毒清洁工作、监督电压管理工作、监督管理厨房供应商以及厨房设备供应商、监督空调以及信息系统的管理工作。
? Oversee purchasing and procurement processes and storage operations for hostel’s short and long term needs;
负责监督管理旅舍日常采购流程以及具体采购工作,负责旅舍日常存货管理以满足旅舍运营短期以及长期的需求;
? Drive capacity building and training programs for staff to maintain motivation as well as health-safety standards up to committed values;
负责员工培训,员工激励以及确保实施安全健康的工作标准;
? Conduct audits to local suppliers, especially in high-risk cases, for which approximately 30% daytime local travel may be required
负责对本地供应商进行审核,尤其针对高风险行业,要求工作日白天有30%的时间需要在本地来往考察;
? Research and benchmark other industry processes to ensure efficacy of procedures and new initiatives;
需要对相关酒店行业进行调研以及制定标准点,以预防以及及时解决旅舍运营过程出现的问题;
? Run regularchecking processes for administrative and safety functions as well as drills to ensure proper operation, especially on fire prevention aspects;
负责进行日常行政管理所需的检查工作以保证旅舍的正常运营,需要对特定的操作流程进行深入地检查,特别针对火灾预防工作;
? Implement policies and procedures to detect and address fraud and corruption issues during operational steps, including cheating and theft by hostel personnel;
在运营中实施防止地址诈骗以及防止内部贪污的工作流程,包括旅舍员工实施的欺骗或者偷窃行为;
? Recommend to management corrective actions, including discontinuation of relationship with vendors or termination of job contracts;
向管理层及时报告需纠正的工作事项,包括与供应商的终止合作关系以及与终止员工合同等事项;
? Attend management and staff meetings, support night operations as needed, and transact other administrative duties as assigned.
参加管理层以及员工会议,在需要时顶替夜班经理的值班工作,包括及时顶替其他行政事务。
JOB AUTHORITY:
? To directly manage Greeting Desk and Handy staff of hostel;
直接管理旅舍前台以及水电维修工;
? To takeadministrative steps for legal compliance and safety;
支持旅舍证照申请工作,提供相应工作协助;
? To schedule inspections and training perapproved plans;
根据既定计划细化监督检查计划以及员工培训计划;
? To purchase consumables within limits specified by hostel management.
根据旅舍运营计划进行日常消耗品的采购。
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
相关专业的本科学历
? 4+ years administrative position in a similar role;
4年以上的类似工作岗位的工作经验
? Experience with day accounting operations;
在财务相关工作有一定的经验
? Familiarity with regulatory requirements, technical functions and safety standards;
熟悉行政法律法规,技术维修以及安全标注;
? Ability to lead contractual processes with suppliers;
有能力完成与供应商的合同签订流程;
? Personnel management and leadership qualities;
有人事管理经验并且具备一定的领导才能;
? Basic written and verbal English in addition tonative language, Mandarin/Cantonese;
