职位描述

LOCATION:
Frequently travel to India, each stay can be up to six to eight weeks maximum.

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:
One year to start with; must be able to station for at least 2 to 3 years if there are business needs.

ROLE PURPOSE:
At initial stage, support legal entity set-up in India and participate/lead related due diligence work and commercial review. Set up supplier network to get business transaction up and running. At second stage, provide field service support to business transactions in India serving the ultimate purpose of maintaining and growing business in the area. This position is the main local contact for both customers and suppliers in India.


Major Job Responsibilities:

? Support legal entity set-up in India and participate/lead related due diligence work and commercial review.
? Support and/or manage the monthly/yearly legality matters required for running the business entity in India (legal certificates, financials and taxes, government reporting, mandated benefit programs etc.)
? Source qualified packaging suppliers to achieve high-quality, low cost supply to local customers.
? Work with Paccess teams in Sweden, U.S. and China, to set up the business transaction process for local orders. Maintain and improve the process to achieve efficiency both in work and cost.
? Interface with suppliers, customers and internal Paccess colleagues in a systematic, efficient and ethical way to ensure quality, delivery and service for India business and orders.
? Monitor order progress and quality performance of the goods and services, communicate Paccess requirements and expectations, ensure business gets carried out in India as smoothly as possible.
? Put in proactive effort to avoid customer claims. Follow up with received claims to propose solutions and alternatives, and work with Paccess management to resolve claim issue.
? Lead to maintain and manage the network and relationship with packaging suppliers at India. Regularly reach out to main decision-makers and senior-level representatives at key suppliers to establish and strengthen long-term strategic partnership.
? Provide data and reports on activities relating to packaging production in the region. Conduct meaningful analysis, and proactively identify, report and follow up areas for improvement driven by data and report analysis
? Provide good service to customers in India to maximize margin, grow current business and explore new business opportunities. Upon request, negotiate sales contracts, terms and pricing with the guidance from international sales team.
? Provide field tour to customers in India. Develop marketing presentation using existing templates and be able to present in local market.
? Work closely with Finance, Project, Sourcing, and Technical Teams in other Paccess locations in special payment collection, claims handling, new project development and implementation etc. in India. Provide support when needed.
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

? Four year degree from accredited University preferably in packaging engineering, supply chain management or business administration
? Total above 6 years working experience with at least 3 years in packaging industry with intermediate understanding in packaging products, factory operation, quality and supply chain process.
? Strong communication and influencing skills. Good at building and managing relationships
? Able to work remotely and independently. Use skills and knowledge to tackle complicated problems, work closely with supervisor to make sound business decisions.
? Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
? Ability to manage and perform within cross-cultural environments.
? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
? Must be able to frequently travel to India or even station in India
