Comprehensive Shenzhen Trading (CST) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheyenne Products Home Décor (www.cheyenneproducts.com).

Cheyenne Products Home Décor is a supplier of home & commercial Interior products to large scale US commercial markets including, but not limited to, apartments, condos and hotels.

CP Home Décor/CST is searching for a Commercial Merchandiser Assistant that is energized, self-motivated, and prepared to work in a fast-paced and growth driven environment.

Key Requirements

? Four (4) years’ degree in English, international trade, etc. from a qualified university
? 1+ years’ experience sourcing and development in commercial products for US and/or Europe markets included but not limited to: flooring (wood, laminate, LVT, etc.) quartz/ natural stone counter top, bathroom fixtures, hardware, basins, kitchen cabinets, hardware, kitchen sinks, interior doors, hardware and fixed wire lighting, ceiling fans and outdoor lighting, etc.
? Extensive knowledge of product sourcing and merchandiser.
? Highly organized with strong task follow-up capabilities.
? Ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.
? Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work.
? Extensive MS Office skills with a key emphasis on MS Excel and Power Point.
? Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
? Continuous learner
? Understands and applies the concept of teamwork
? Good in spoken and written English will be priority;
? Comfortable with frequent and extended travel to supplier locations in Asia.
Primary Responsibilities
? Source reliable suppliers in Asian region for commercial product, travel to factories and provide feedback on factories/suppliers capacity and technical abilities, extend the potential supplier base.

? Responsible for RFQ, price comparison and cost analysis, to negotiate with supplier and establish agreements.
? Co-ordinate with the teams and supplier, monitor project milestones and trigger all resources necessary to achieve project success.
? Overseeing the whole process of the sourcing projects including final specification verification, product development, communication between US team and Asia team to make appropriate sourcing decisions etc.
? Develop supplier partnerships to maximize the achievement of the Company’s business goals.
? Ensure that the Company continually sources and purchases commercial products that offer the best value with respect to product quality, on-time delivery, price, and service in the market.
? Continue to evaluate the sourcing, product development and cost effectiveness of the Company’s activities and suggest/implement improvements.
