RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Full technical understanding of existing manufacturing processes;
2 Preparation of manufacturing flow chart;
3 Supporting the design by validating of mechanical parts, and definition of physical constraint;
4 Integrate in line controls in cooperation with R&D and NPI department;
5 Make sure process are working at the optimum level, at the right rate, and that output quality is the one expected;
6 Design and implementation of new production units, monitoring of modifications, upgrades and issues in existing processes;
7 Following of the evolution key technologies, and provide presentation. Monitoring what will be the future techniques;
8 Audit suppliers & EMS on sourcing stage, and confirm their productive and engineering capabilities;
9 Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts.

PROFILE:

Experience : 5 years relevant work experiences.
At least 3 years in connect product field, R&D background and mobile phone experience is required.

Educated level: College degree or above

Major: Mechanism, Electronic engineering or relevant

Required Skills:
Plastic injection, mechanical assembly, die casting, stamping, over molding, painting process, laser etching.
Proficient in CAD 3D-2D / Knowledge of SolidWorks
Good interpersonal skills for both external and internal communication.
Good command with English, team work, Good moral and be responsible

Language:
Good spoken and written English
