Job Responsibilities:
? Handle full set of accounting books and month end closing is a MUST
? Responsible for daily accounting including data entry, voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable and cash/bank records updating and reconciliations;
? Prepare monthly fixed assets, other receivable/payable/accrual/prepayment, bank reconciliation and income/expense schedules;
? Assist in preparation of consolidated management reports and analysis;
? Assist in annual audit and regulatory tax compliance and filing
? Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:
? Degree holder in accounting, finance or other related discipline
? Partially qualified in professional accounting bodies
? A minimum of two years solid experience in the accounting field, eCommerce industry experience is an advantage
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
? Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Flex accounting systems is a MUST
? Immediately available
