Based in Shenzhen
Reporting to the Regional Counsel, based in Singapore, you will provide a wide range of legal support, in China, including the review and negotiation of commercial contracts such as procurement, sales, manufacturing and various licensing agreements.

Responsibilities:

* Provide legal support to the management and business groups in the region
* Assess legal risks to the business and ensure compliance with applicable laws
* Liaise with external counsel on matters outsourced
* Oversee company secretarial matters for our legal entities in China

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Law degree or other recognized law degree
* 4 to 6 years post qualification experience in China
* Ability to speak English besides Mandarin.
