Responsibilities:

1.Test platform development for new product introduction;

2.Test hardware development from concept to schematics, simulation and layout;

3.Test software development from programming, debugging to optimization;

4.Test optimization/development for the sustaining products for yield improvement and cycle time reduction;

5.Test platform standardization and simplification for maintenance cost reduction;

6.Escalation supporting on the multiple test platforms;

7.Tester stability/process capability improvement;

8.Troubleshooting skills enhancement to expedite the problems solving.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering/Computer/Communication related discipline;

2.5 years working experience in test development related field;

3.Rich experience in CVI/Labview/TestStand development platform;

4.Excellent skills in analog and digital hardware design;

5.Be familiar with PXI/Compact PCI as the development platform;

6.Be familiar with EDA software application (schematics/layout/simulation etc), such as Protel, OrCAD etc;

7.Good understanding in product lifecycle management and deliverables;

8.RF experience in product/equipment related is preferred;

9.Understand the process related knowledge and tools (GRR, Cp/Cpk etc);

10.Be familiar with the instrument and its application (oscilloscope, digital measurement instrument etc.);

11.Good English communication in both spoken and writing.
