Job Description:

Act as an onsite business consultant in the Global Business Process team, work on business efficiency and
process improvement to support our core business functions including Supply Chain, Merchandising and Store
operations.

? Develops and directs one or more work streams of a cross-functional project to achieve desired results by ensuring understanding of scope of work; organizing timelines and deliverables; facilitating meetings involving project teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; taking corrective action; and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders.

? Analyzes and interprets information for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency by using various analysis methodologies; developing creative solutions within business areas that reduce cost and/or meet business goals; using judgment to assign what activities must be done; and ensuring data accuracy.

? Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Innovation Department and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for projects/initiatives.


Job Requirements:

? Skilled in business mapping and process re-engineering. Proficient at identifying analysis needs and drawing preliminary conclusions to impact the business.

? Be able to create and track process improvement initiatives and manage multiple tasks, exhibiting exceptional time management capabilities.

? Financial analysis skills to be able to develop, track and validate business cases.

? Solid influencing skills from managing large projects that impact more than one function.

? Proficient in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain theory/tools and experience in data warehouse will be advantageous.

? Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

? Analytical thinking to be able to lead a team to accomplish objectives, and communicate well both inside and outside of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

MBA, Masters degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Business Management qualifications.
