Responsiblities:

Responsible for conducting investigations in Asia and the Middle East as required by business needs. The position operationally reports to the GSAT, Corporate Investigations Department, International Investigations Manager.
? Develops comprehensive investigative plans.
? Consults and coordinates investigations with attorneys from the Legal department
? In accordance with generally accepted professional investigative practices, conducts comprehensive investigations into matters of interest to Global Sourcing, including alleged violations of corporate policy or of local host country or US law(s)
? Recommends Global Sourcing business model changes based upon lessons learned from the investigation.
? Develops and manages the use outside resources to assist with investigations.
? Participates in Business Partner Reviews with Cross-Functional teams to review investigative steps and recommend adjudication.
? Identifies global anti-corruption best practices and developing plans to incorporate the best practices into the Global Sourcing anti-corruption program for supplier, factories, third party partners and audit/inspection vendors
? Aligns with Legal, Corporate Ethics and Corporate Investigations in Bentonville to ensure all allegations are captured efficiently and tracked in database.
? Develops and maintains working relationships (at all levels of management) with Global Sourcing GMC’s and Hubs, WMT corporate investigations, Ethical Sourcing, QA & QC, Global Ethics, and merchants.

Requirements:

? Excellent data management and organizational skills
? Working knowledge of ACFE anti-fraud investigative standards
? Excellent interviewing and elicitation skills
? Strong leadership and team building skills
? Subject matter expert in generally accepted investigative principles, procedures, techniques
? Documented excellent knowledge of legal requirements for conducting corporate investigations
? Qualified (by experience and education) to take the CFE exam
? Working knowledge of global supply chains or global sourcing operations
? Excellent critical thinking skills
? Skilled influencer
? Highest level of personal and professional integrity
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
? English (and Mandarin preferred) language skills at the 3/4 level( at a minimum)
? Subject matter expert in corporate investigative standards, techniques and practices and has excellent knowledge of ACFE fraud investigative requirements and of host country and U.S. laws and legal procedures related to investigations.
? Multi-task oriented, flexible and creative problem solving approach to business

? Systems skills – (Retail Link and GSS knowledge)
