JD:

1. 
   
   Follow up routing order from overseas office;
2. Contact supplier and advise the shipment status to overseas office;
3. Reserve the space on airlines
4. Arrange customs clearance;;
5. Follow up tracking until goods arrive in destination
6. Issue invoice to local customer
7. Check the bill from agent
8. Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding.
9. Other tasks assigned by manager
