Key Areas of Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Ensure accurate performance of all database/models in the office, retail and residential property sectors;

2. Ensure quality and meet deadlines of all general research and publications, providing with professional and insight analysis, at regional and local levels;

3. Answer the Managing Director’s or the General Manager’s and the Director of Research, China’s requests for information and help in a timely and professional manner; help the MD/GM and the Director of Research, China on media briefing, business development support, evidenced by delivery of ppt files and other writing documentations;

4. Co-work with local PR to maintain and improve the corporate image in the market by way of delivering market commentaries and some topical analysis pieces, e.g. Market Flash, Market Beat etc.

5. Co-work with other regional teams on research publications and consulting assignments

Requirement:

1、MA or MSc from a prestigious university is a must. Alternatively, BSc or BA with relevant experience will be considered.

2、Good knowledge and thorough understanding of the property markets, including office, retail and residential sectors in Guangzhou and Shenzhen;

3、Competent and presentable written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese;

4、Logical thinking and analytical skills are a must;

5、Strong knowledge of PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

6、Abilities to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;

7、Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills;
