- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR) (MR) Logistic Planner/ 物流计划员 (SCM).

What are my responsibilities?

- Dispatching customer orders/primary requirements and where necessary production-synchronous calldown into production, in order to ensure 100% supply to customers, taking due account of production resources and processes, and to safeguard on-time delivery of the order to the customer.

- 将生产相关的客户订单和意向需求传递给生产部，以确保对客户100%供应和准时发货。

- Coordinate with production, make sure production plan can meet the production capacity and optimze the consenqence of different production process to ensure the max production output, keep the high output effiency.

- 与生产部共同保证生产计划符合产能和批次最大产量

- Create MPS (master production schedule) base on order management meeting output. Maintain the depend and indepent requirement in SAP, as well as the long term and short term forecast.

- 基于订单管理会的结果，制定主生产计划，在SAP中维护各种长期或短期需求预测。

- Check the raw material availability before release production order, coordinate with sourcing team regards to any material shortage.

- 对生产订单做原材料可用检查，与采购组合作处理短缺物料。

- Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.

- 积极向各关联方提供信息和支持，以最终优化供应链。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree or above.

- 本科以上学历

- At least 3 years work experience in planner or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.

- 3年以上计划员或供应链工作经验，具备跨国公司工作经验者优先

-Strong Understanding and experience on MRP concept.

- 清晰理解物料需求计划并有相关经验

- Advanced ERP skills, SAP skill is preferred.

- 较强的企业资源软件应用能力，SAP能力尤佳

- Proven MS Excel skills at expert level, including macros and VBA, experiece in using MS Access is highly regards.

- 较专业的Excel能力，包括宏和VBA，具有Access经验尤佳

- Good English skills (oral/writing/listening).

- 良好的英语听说读写能力

- Basic commercial knowledge.

- 具备商务基础概念

- Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit.
