Responsibilities:

• Hands-on to provide full range of professional HR services and advices including performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relation, compensation and benefits, and closely work with department heads/ line managers to prevent and resolve all staff issues
• Accountable for talent acquisition strategies and action plan to align the organization development plan and business direction for sustainable expansion and growth
• Handle staff issues and cases including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, and interact with the statutory bodies in relation to staff issues to ensure legal compliance.
• Promote productive and harmonious employee relations throughout the company through establishing platforms for effective communication between management and staff to facilitate mutual understanding and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Conduct review on work processes and procedures to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.
• Formulate and implement related HR policy to ensure it can help both the line managers and staff to comply for work effectiveness
• Develop HR models, strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in related to talent management as well as in line with corporate goals and strategies
• Monitor office administration to ensure overall company's efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness for timely support
• Take part in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ solid experience working in multinational company preferable
• Experienced in fast paced working culture is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of employment ordinance and related legislation with best HR practices in China
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, team-oriented and attentive to details
• Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with different level of people
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Gained CET Level 6 or above is a must
• Proficiency in MS office and internet
