1、主要负责LED驱动电源、灯具成品检测及品质部门日常管理工作；
2、电子专业，中专或以上学历，28-35岁；

3、有电子厂质检三年以上工作经验及至少一年以上品质部门管理经验，熟悉电子组装产品工艺流程；
4、具有良好的问题分析能力及专案改善执行能力，熟悉品保七大手法和品质异常处理流程；
5、具备对制作现场的品质管理和品质改善能力，对ISO程序文件有一定的了解；
6、负责不良品的原因分析、对策改善和跟进；
7、个性开朗，责任心强，服从工作安排，能接受出差（需面向客户），具备一定的沟通协调、分析解决能力；
8、待遇面议，面试时需带上个人简历、身份证及学历证等相关证书；
