1、 负责速卖通的市场分析，制定并执行所负责品类产品开发计划，按月完成公司规定的新产品开发目标。
2、 负责品类速卖通销售团队人员的管理，培训指导和工作安排。
3、 负责各帐号广告模板设计，美化店铺及广告。
4、 制定并执行定期促销任务。
5、 负责品类敦煌和速卖通的帐号安全管理，指导团队规避各类安全问题。
6、 完成公司规定的销售目标。
任职要求：1. 本科及以上学历。市场营销，国际贸易，电子商务，英语，外贸专业优先。
2. 英语四级以上，听说读写能力优秀。
3. 两年以上敦煌或者速卖通平台销售经验及1年以上团队管理经验。熟练掌握速卖通平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程，熟练掌握速卖通平台扩大交易量的方法和技巧；
4、有强烈的责任心、良好的沟通能力、快速的执行力和团队管理经验及团队激励技巧；5、性格开朗，抗压性强，有风险意识，能够在降低风险的前提下，保证公司的最大收益；
