岗位职责描述:
1、管理DHgate敦煌网，阿里巴巴速卖通(Aliexpress)账号，组织产品上传平台、制定价格方案、市场调研；
2、负责制订、季度、月度销售计划并执行
3、处理客户投诉，对客户的退换货进行妥善处理，处理复杂的客户邮件, 提供售前咨询、订单追踪信息；
4、负责将订单信息发送至ERP系统，并跟进订单完成进度；
5、培养灵敏的商业嗅觉，培养行业趋势感知度，协同产品经理进行新品开发；
6、协助客服经理，处理客户的售前、售后服务工作；
