Responsibilities:
1. Continually increase the portion of sales that is generated by way of technical selling, promotion and support.
2. Work together with Future Sales and Marketing Managers to help set the demand creation direction and strategies in the region.
3. Help manage the relationships with Suppliers and Customers in the region.
4. Continually increase the technical competence of the TSM and sales teams in the region.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering
2. Experience in LED. Engineer doing design or FAE supporting LED products
3. Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
4. Good command of English.
